Friday, April 30th
• Candidate workout 1 – 5 p.m Will be held at Sawtooth Martial Arts (located at 613 N. River St. in Hailey, behind the Wood River Inn)
• Dan Clinic 6 – 7:30 p.m. Will be held at The Community Campus (located right next to the High School on Fox Acre Road near the airport).
Saturday, May 1st
• Gup Clinic 9 – 10:30 a.m. Will be held at The Community Campus
• Dan Shim Sa 1 – 4 p.m. Will be held at The Community Campus
• Banquet and Celebration from 6 - ? Will be held at The Sun Valley Brewery located on Main St. in Hailey
Students are welcome to come to Hailey early and use the Do Jang (training hall) to train as well as attend our regularly scheduled classes. Please go to our web page: thegatewaysv.com to see a current schedule of classes.
Accommodations:
• The Wood River Inn (located directly across from SMA on Main St. in Hailey) is offering an $85 special for any room in the entire hotel. Call and make your reservations early. Conveniently located directly across the street from Sawtooth Martial Arts. To get the good rate, use the keyword “Soo Bahk”. (208) 578-0600
• Do Jang – those who have no other option may sleep in the do jang. You must notify Whitcomb Sa Bom ahead of time: (208) 720-6088. There are shower accommodations, but you must bring your own sleeping gear.
• Also, those who need to save money may call Robyn Yeager at: (208) 720-5490 as many students here have offered to put people up. Robyn is facilitating this effort.
Travel:
• Sky West (the Delta Connection) and Horizon (Alaskan Airlines partner) fly directly into Hailey (Sun Valley Airport). Most airlines fly into Boise which is a little more than two hours drive from Hailey.
• To drive: Hailey is located on Hwy 75 in between Twin Falls Idaho and Salmon Idaho.
